Finished while you are still talking.

  1. You name both people, the item, its condition, the price, and the handover.
  2. The other person sees those same words, not a retelling in a chat.
  3. You both sign with Diia, and each of you keeps the signed file.

Only the two of you are in the deal.

Peer to peer means the contract is between you and the other person. Speedy Contracts writes it down and takes the signatures. It does not sell the item, hold the money, or introduce strangers.

Questions

Who signs?

Both people. Each signature is made with Diia, so the contract names the people who actually agreed.

What is written down?

Who is buying, who is selling, what the item is, its condition, the price, and where it is handed over.

What do you keep?

A signed copy of that contract, attached to the deal, so the terms are not left in a message thread.

Speedy Contracts helps two people write and sign an agreement. It is not a law firm. For a complex deal, get advice before you sign.
